Your crews don't sit at desks. Neither should your AI.

Your team gets a number. Behind it is an agent that knows your jobs, answers questions out of the record, writes what happens back into it, and speaks up when something needs attention.

The problem

Every designer and PM records the job differently. So your data can't tell you anything.

All of them are doing their job. None of them are doing it the same way. Here is one thing that happened on Monday, and what your system knows about it.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED

Rebar at grid 4 is fouling Wednesday's pour. The inspector is coming Thursday. The tile order still hasn't landed.

Three records. One event. Nothing your system can use.

Everyone has their own words for it. One calls it a scope change, one calls it an extra, one calls it a change order. Your system has its own fields for it, and nobody has ever put the two together.

What's blocking job 214?Read all three and work it out
What's open across all jobs?None of it was an action item
What did the delay cost?Nobody linked the tile to the pour

You can't see where a job actually stands

Status lives in six people's notes in six formats. To know where anything is, somebody has to read all of it and reconstruct the picture. Every job, every morning.

Commitments fall through

Something gets agreed on site and mentioned in a log. It was never captured as an action item, so nobody is tracking it, and it resurfaces when it's already late.

Your AI is only as good as what it reads

JobTread's connector can analyze your jobs, spot overruns, and forecast where the next one lands. All of it against data six people wrote six different ways.

Everything JobTread does starts with a record. We make sure the record is worth something.

The solution

The record is the problem. So we fix the record.

We put a conversational layer between your field and JobTread. Your people talk to it in their own words: from the truck, after a client meeting, walking off a site. It turns what they say into structured entries in your firm's own terms, and it answers questions out of the record without anyone opening a laptop.

The same event gets recorded the same way, whoever reports it. That's what makes it data instead of notes: countable, filterable, comparable, and something your automations can act on.

Anyone can write it down. Knowing what belongs in which field, and what it costs against the allowance, is the work.

We already know how this works. We're not coming in to study your business.

We're not starting from scratch on your operation. We're teaching an agent how your best people already work, and it's live in two weeks.

COUNTS IN A REPORT FILTERS BY TYPE COMPARES ACROSS JOBS FIRES YOUR ROUTING RULE BUILDS A HISTORY YOU CAN FORECAST FROM

Then written into whatever fields your account already uses. Your names, not ours. And because every entry is structured the same way from day one, next year's jobs can be compared against this year's.

What it can do

The conversational AI layer between the field and the record.

One number, and three ways it works. Your team doesn't learn a tool or open an app: they text a number, and everything runs through that one line.

Tell it

What happened on site. A change the client asked for. A selection made in a client meeting, and what it does to the allowance. It becomes a record in your fields, in your firm's terms, and nothing is written until a person says yes.

Ask it

What something was bid at. What's left in an allowance. Which sub still owes a cert. Answered out of the record, from wherever your people are standing.

One lineWhatsApp · Slack
Telegram · SMS

It tells you

A job drifting behind where two others were at the same stage. A scope gap before the sub mobilizes. An approval that went out three weeks ago and never came back. Nobody asked it to look.

A record that comes through the agent is AI certified: structured against your schema, in your fields, approved by a person before it was written, and ready for whatever reads your account next. It's a state a record is in, not a badge we wear.

JobTread is where we've gone deepest, but the agent reaches anything with an MCP connector, the open standard Anthropic wrote and JobTread built on. Anything with an API is a conversation. It remembers your jobs, so the answers get better the longer it runs.

What we do

Three things. Take one, take all three.

JobTread told ten thousand firms to connect Claude. Most did, asked it a few things, got generic answers, and stopped. That's one of the three, and it's the easiest place to start.

One

Claude, working the way your firm actually works

The connector gives Claude your JobTread data. What it can't give it is any idea how you estimate, schedule, or close out a job, so the answers come back generic and everyone quietly stops asking.

LOG AND CO WRITTEN TO JOBTREAD
Three

Every job in your operation, sorted four ways

We read what your team has already recorded in JobTread and sort every work activity we find into four buckets. Including the one we won't build.

ConsistencyHow differently your people describe the same event
CompletenessWhat never got recorded at all
TimelinessHow long after the fact it landed
CorrelationWhat shows up with nothing before it
Bucket one
The agent does it Work that follows a pattern your records can teach. Daily logs, change orders, selections.
Bucket two
The agent assists Work that needs a person, but not a person starting from a blank page.
Bucket three
Claude handles it Thinking work that never commits anything. Drafting, comparing, prepping.
Bucket four
Your people keep it Judgment your records can't teach, and shouldn't. We'll tell you where that line is.

You leave with a ranked list of where AI pays off next, in your numbers, from your records. Every firm gets told what AI can do for them. Almost nobody gets told what it shouldn't.

Proof

Ninety seconds, start to finish.

Running today at HG&Co.

HG&Co Design Build

Daily Log Agent

A project manager walks a site and sends a voice memo to a dedicated agent, on the messaging app they already use. Seconds later they get a structured draft of the day's record, in their own words, with the action items their firm tracks.

It's more than a transcript. The agent maps their words to the firm's terminology, organizes information into the right fields, and attaches photos to the correct entries. Action items are written into HG&Co's existing custom fields, triggering the routing rules the team already relies on.

The PM approves the draft, or corrects a detail and gets an updated version in seconds. Nothing reaches JobTread until a person signs off.

Deployed: WhatsApp capture · speech transcription with provider failover · Claude API synthesis · authenticated write-back to JobTread
Result: an estimated 2+ hours per PM per week, back from reconstructing the day's record

HG&Co's own estimate, not yet measured against production telemetry. We instrument these from day one so the value is measured rather than asserted.

Why us

Twenty years on the method. A year on your stack.

Our founder has been solving this exact problem for twenty years.

Twenty years ago I worked at SkillsNET, my father's company, breaking human expertise into structured, reusable objects. We called them SkillObjects. We profiled the workforce for the United States Navy and the FAA. The method held. The tooling couldn't carry it.

We didn't move on. We waited for the tools.

They arrived. Anthropic's Agent Skills are an open standard for exactly this, and Anthropic wrote the format and released it openly. We were building that shape by hand two decades before there was a format to put it in. Working out what your best people do differently and turning it into something repeatable is a specific skill, and we've been doing it for twenty years.

We've spent the past year building conversational AI on JobTread's API. Not evaluating it. Building on it, in production, every day. We've mapped the full API surface and work through both the AI Connector and the raw API, depending on what the job needs.

Every piece of what we build is made by one agent and checked by another before it ships. Ordinary engineering practice, and almost nobody applies it to agents.

A year inside JobTread

The full API surface mapped, and an agent in production with a design-build firm every day since.

Earned, not awarded
Why now

This gets harder to catch up to. Not easier.

Your competitor down the street is on JobTread too, and can buy the same software tomorrow. What that firm can't buy is three years of your jobs recorded consistently enough to learn from.

  • See patterns you can't see todayWhich subs consistently miss deadlines, which job types run over, and where the same issues keep resurfacing.
  • Spot risk before it becomes a problemThis project is tracking like three that went over budget last year. You'll know in week four, not month six.
  • You can't catch up on data laterThree years of project notes won't become data you can analyze, forecast from, or automate. None of this is a dashboard somebody has to remember to open. The value starts building with every consistent record you capture today.
Usable history
The gap between structured and unstructured history Two lines begin together. The line representing consistently recorded work rises steadily over three years. The line representing inconsistent records stays flat. Three marked points sit on the rising line at month 3, year 1 and year 3.
  1. Month 3every record comparable
  2. Year 1patterns across jobs
  3. Year 3risk called before it lands

Both firms did the same work. Only one of them can use it.

The firms doing this now won't be ahead because they started early. They'll be ahead because of everything they captured while everyone else was deciding.

How it works

Two weeks to live. Then it grows.

No pilot. No discovery phase. Nothing for your team to learn. Your people get a number, and behind it is an agent that already knows your jobs.

Getting started

We stand up your agent

We connect it to JobTread, teach it your firm's terms, and wire it to the custom fields your routing rules already watch. Two weeks from the day we have access.

Nobody installs anything or sits through training. Your people use it from the phone they already carry, and it never files anything without someone saying yes. Nothing goes live until your people have run it against real jobs.

All we need from you

Once it's running

Your agent gets better at your jobs

It works them every day. Three things follow from that, and none of them ask anything of you.

From week three

It learns how your firm works

Every entry teaches it more about how your people record a job. The records get more consistent, and its answers get sharper the longer it runs.

Continuously

It takes on more of the work

New capabilities land on your agent as they ship, at no extra cost. Anything specific to your operation gets built and added to the same number.

Questions

The things buyers actually ask.

What if we stop after go-live? +

The agent is yours, and there is no minimum term. Everything it wrote stays in JobTread, in your fields and your format, because it was written into your account as it happened rather than held anywhere else. You keep the records either way.

Where does our data live? +

Your data is processed through Anthropic's platform under their commercial terms, and written back only to the systems you already run. Every action the agent takes is logged where you can audit it.

Are you replacing our people? +

No. We're capturing what your best people know so it survives them being busy, on vacation, or retired. Every consequential action still waits for a human to approve it.

Are you recording our people? +

No. We work from documents and transcripts your operation already produces. Nothing gets recorded that your team doesn't know about. The people whose expertise we capture see everything we captured. Your people decide what's right. We don't.

How much of my team's time does this take? +

Three things, and then almost nothing. Access to your JobTread account, how your custom fields route and to whom, and one conversation to confirm we read it right. Nobody installs anything or sits through training, and nobody stops doing their job to help.

What happens when our best project manager leaves? +

That's the problem we exist to solve. Expertise that only lives in one person's head is a liability. Once it's captured and structured, it stays with the company.

We're not on JobTread. Can you still help? +

Yes. JobTread is where we've gone deepest and where we move fastest, so you'll get more from us sooner if you're on it. The method works against any system with an API, and the capture side doesn't care what you run underneath it.

We already use ChatGPT and Claude. Isn't that the same thing? +

It's a good start. The difference is what it can reach. Ask your chat window what the electrical was bid at on a job from two years ago and it has no idea, because it's never seen your jobs. Ask it to turn a voice memo from a site walk into a daily log with your fields, in your format, and it doesn't know what your fields or your format are. Ask it to write the change order back into JobTread once you approve and it can't write anywhere. We connect those three things: your data, your team's channel, and the ability to act with a person's approval.

Isn't this just voice-to-text? +

Voice-to-text gives you a paragraph. What we build gives you a record: the right fields, your firm's terminology, the same structure whoever sent it, and the custom fields your routing rules are watching. The transcription is the cheap part. Knowing what belongs in which field, in your vocabulary, is the work.

Who owns what you build? +

You own your content: the agent configured to your firm, the structured expertise behind it, and the records it wrote into JobTread. We own the underlying method and platform. You keep a perpetual license to everything built for you, including if you stop working with us. Boundaries are stated explicitly in the master agreement rather than left to assumption.

Are we locked into Anthropic? +

No. Skills are an open standard. Anthropic wrote the format and released it, and it's now supported across a wide range of agent tools. The expertise we structure for you is a portable, version-controlled asset you own. We build on Anthropic because it's the platform we know best and the one setting the direction, not because it traps you.

What does it cost? +

We operate as a managed service rather than a software license, so you're paying for outcomes rather than seats. A fixed setup fee to get you live, agreed before anything begins, and then a monthly based on how many jobs you run. New capabilities are included in that monthly rather than priced as extras, and there is no per-seat license and no minimum term. We'd rather price against your actual operation than quote a number before we've seen it.

Ready when you are

Start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes. We'll talk through how your jobs get recorded today, where that costs you, and whether this is worth doing. If it isn't, we'll say so. You don't need to know which of the three you need before we talk.
